摘　　要：本文以农学专业的教学研究和改革为例 ,探讨了培养创新人才必需的素质要求和培养模式。Talking the education study and reformation of agronomy speciality as an example,in this paper,the necessary quality request and cultivation mode for the training of innovation person have been discussed.The effective approach for the cultivation of innovation person has been presented.
