摘　　要：处理好馆读之间的关系是搞好图书馆服务工作,推动图书馆事业发展的关键。本文从尊重读者、创造优美的阅读环境、建立科学的管理制度、提高馆员素质、加强读者信息素质教育、建立良好的同事协作关系等方面具体论述了如何构建图书馆的和谐馆读关系的途径。To deal with the relation between the librarians and the readers is the key to doing service work in libraries well and promoting the development of libraries. This paper discuses the methods on how to build a harmonious relation between librarians and readers from the following aspects： respecting readers; creating a pleasant environment; establishing a scien tific management system; improving the qualities of the librarians; enhancing reader＇s information quality education： building good cooperative relations between librarians.
