摘　　要：当代大学生法律意识整体状况令人担忧，要找到改变现状的对策措施，必须先探究导致大学生法律意识状况欠佳的原因。从宏观上来看，影响当代大学生法律意识水平增强的障碍有大学生自身因素和外界因素两大方面。自身因素主要有法律学习目的态度、心理状况、价值取向等，外界因素主要有家庭、学校、社会等。The overall situation of contemporary college students＇ legal consciousness is worrying. To find measures to change the status, we must first explore the causes of poor legal consciousness of college students. From a macro point of view, the obstacles affecting the level of contemporary college students＇ legal consciousness include two aspects： their own factors and external factors. The internal factors mainly include the attitudes toward the legal learning, psychological status, value orientation and so on; the external factors mainly include families, schools, the society and so on.
