论我国专业学位研究生教育政策的演进

摘　　要：我国专业学位研究生教育政策已经经历了多次调整。通过运用历史制度主义进行分析,我们发现,导致政策变化的力量主要有计划经济管理体制、集权管理政治、社会本位的文化心理、立法手段的运用、市场力量等。应该指出的是,如果陷入制度依赖,制度变迁的成本就将递增。The policy of professional degrees graduate education has experienced repeated adjustment in our country. Through the analysis of the application of historical institutionalism, we have found that the main strength of leading to the change of policy is the planned economy management system, the centralized management politics, the cultural psychology of social standard, the use of legislation and the market forces, etc. It should be noted that if the system is relied on, the cost of institutional change will be increasing.
