摘　　要：线粒体是细胞内重要的细胞器,参与一些重要的代谢通路,发挥着包括细胞凋亡、信号转导调控等生化功能。线粒体DNA具有高突变性,突变潜在影响mtDNA的复制和转录,改变线粒体蛋白质的表达和功能,人类许多疾病的发生、发展都与线粒体功能有着密切关系。Mitoehondria are intracellular important organelle, participate in some important metabolic pathways, including cell apoptosis , signal transduction and regulation of biochemical function. Mitochondrial DNA with high mutability, mutation potentially affects of mtDNA replication and transcription, changes the mitoehondrial protein expression and function. Many human disease development has the close relation with mitochondrial function.
