摘　　要：结合目前高校体育教学中所存在的问题,在教学实践的基础上,进行了分析总结,阐述了体育教学对人才培养的重要意义,并对其教育方法和发展趋势进行了初步探讨。In connection with an analysis of present problems in physical cultural teaching in institutions of higher learning and a summary of the practice,a tentative inquiry is made about its development trend and teaching methods for the pur- pose of giving physical education a more important play in per- sonnel training.
