摘　　要：2002年,台湾地区正式实施"大学多元入学新方案"。台湾地区大学入学考试主要有"学科能力测验"和"指定科目考试"。台湾地区大学入学考试英文作文题话题立意、联系生活、贴近实际,已形成了稳定、鲜明的特色,在考查考生英语写作能力方面作出了不懈的探索和努力,并对大陆高考英语作文题的命制有一些启示。In the year 2002, the ＂Multiple College Entrance Examination System＂was carried out formally in Taiwan, China. There are two main tests in college entrance examinations of Taiwan： ＂General Scholastic Ability Test＂ and ＂Department Required Test＂. English writing tests of college entrance examination in Taiwan have been set by using kinds of topics, contacting life and facing reality. English writing tests with stable and distinctive features have made great efforts to test the examinees＇ abilities of English writing, which will give much enlightenment to the mainland on how to set English writing tests of college entrance examination.
