摘　　要：厘清高职院校科研定位与教师从事科研的动机,解决其两者间的矛盾是有效进行科研管理、促进科研水平整体提升的关键。高职院校在科研的目标、方向、内容及发展战略上应准确定位,同时结合教师需求实际在其动机上予以正确引导,再从加大经费投入,完善管理制度,全方位提供服务等方面入手,全面提高科研管理的有效性。To clarify the research positioning and teachers＇ motivation to do research and to solve the contradiction between them is critical to conduct effective research management and enhance the research quality level. Higher vocational colleges should set a proper positioning on research goal,direction,content and strategies. In the meanwhile,colleges should give teachers correct guidance on their motivation while integrating their actual demand. With more funding and integrated management system,comprehensive service is provided to enhance the efficiency of overall research management.
