摘 要:目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中胆固醇、维生素A、α-维生素E的含量的方法。方法采用2.0 mol/L的KOH乙醇溶液对样品直接皂化,石油醚萃取后上机测定,通过实验确定了样品前处理及测定的最佳条件。结果高效液相色谱法能够满足食品中3种食品强化剂同时测定的要求;在0~200μmg/L的线性范围内,r值均大于0.998,胆固醇、维生素A和α-维生素E的回收率均在85.27%~101.44%之间,相对标准偏差均小于5%。结论该新建方法可适用于大多数食品中胆固醇、维生素A、α-维生素E的测定。[ Objective ] To establish a new method for simultaneous determination of cholesterol, vitamin A, a-vitamin E in foods by using high performance liquid chromatography. [ Methods] the sample was directly saponified by using 2.0 mol/L KOH ethanol so- lution, then the solution was determined after petroleum ether extraction. The sample preparation and determination of the optimum condition was determined through the experiment. [ Results ] High performance liquid chromatography method could meet the re- quirements of simultaneous determination of 3 kinds of dietary supplement in food. Within 0-200 mg/L linear range, correlation co- efficient r 〉 0. 998, recoveries of cholesterol, vitamin A, and a- vitamin E were all between 85.27 % -101.44%. Relative standard deviation was less than 5%. [ Conclusion] This new method can be applicable to determination of cholesterol, vitamin A, or- vita- min E in most of the food sample.
