2007—2011年广西都安瑶族自治县居民食用碘盐检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的检测广西边远山区的都安瑶族自治县各乡镇当地居民近几年食用碘盐状况,为持续消除碘缺乏病及防治工作的决策提供科学依据。方法根据《食盐卫生标准》要求进行随机抽样检测,2007—2011年每年在全县9个乡镇36个行政村每村随机抽取8户居民家中的食用盐样品1份。结果 5年中总共抽取和检测居民家中食用盐样品共1 440份,其中合格碘盐1 431份,不合格碘盐9份,碘盐合格率为99.38%。未发现非碘盐。该县5年城乡居民碘盐覆盖率为100.00%,合格碘盐食用率为99.38%。结论该县在过去5年检测证实,居民合格碘盐食用率已均达到2010年全国合格碘盐食用率≥90%的目标。[ Objective ] To detect the condition of iodized salt consumption among residents in remote mountainous areas of Du＇an Yao Autonomous County of Guangxi Province, and provide scientific evidence for sustained elimination of iodine deficiency disorders and its control. [ Methods] According to ＂Salt Hygiene Standards＂, 1 sample of edible salt was sampled from 8 families in each vil- lage, totally 36 villages of 9 towns were all covered annually from 2007-2011. [ Results] A total of 1 440 samples of edible salt were collected and detected in 5 years, among which 1 431 { 99.38% ） were qualified iodized salt, 9 were unqualified~ Non-iodized salt was not found. The coverage rate of iodized salt was 100.00% in 5 years, the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 99.38%. [ Conclusion] The 5-year-detection confirms that the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt in this county has achieved the goal of national consumption rate of qualified iodized salt≥90%.
