摘  要:目的分析职业卫生与职业医学课程中案例分析教学改革的效果,为进一步教学改革提供经验。方法采用问卷调查对案例分析教学改革的效果进行评价,并分析教学改革的长处和不足。结果设计的调查问卷具有好的信度(克隆巴赫α系数为0.951,折半信度系数为0.916)和效度(KMO和Bartlett检验的Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin值为0.756),所有调查项目的赞同率均显著高于不赞同率,但对能提高实际工作能力的赞同率明显低于其余调查项目(P<0.05)。结论案例分析教学改革在拓展专业学习深度、调动学习积极性、提高学生分析和解决问题的能力及实际工作能力方面的确得到了绝大多数同学的认可,明显优于传统的教学方法,但其存在着局限性。[ Objective ] To analyze the effect of teaching reform on case analysis of occupational health and occupational medicine courses, provide the experiences for further teaching reform. [ Methods] The effect of teaching reform on case analysis was evalua- ted by the questionnaire investigation, while the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching reform were analyzed. [ Results] The questionnaire had good reliability ( Cronbach's Alpha was 0. 951 and Spearman Brown coefficient was 0.916 ) and validity ( Kaiser- Meyer-Olkin was 0.756 by KMO and Bartlett test). The acceptance rates of all items in the questionnaire were significantly higher than the non-acceptance rates, but the acceptance rate of enhancing practical ability was significantly lower than that of other items (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] Most of the students approve the teaching reform of case analysis, consider it can expand the depth of learning, stimulate the enthusiasm of learning, improve the students' ability on analyzing and solving problems, as well as actual work ability. The teaching reform of case analysis is significantly better than traditional teaching method, but it still has the limitations.
