为培养卓越教师服务——上海师范大学“国培计划”(2012)免费师范生培训项目实践探索

摘　　要：2012年9月7日至27日，上海师范大学启动“国培计划”免费师范生语文学科培训项目，来自全国29个省（市、自治区）的126名学员参加培训。本次培训分小学、初中、高中三个学段，以语文教学设计的理论与实践为主题，由“主题学习”、“共同备课”、“课例研究”三个工作坊组成，学员们在教育教学能力、教师职业认同、教育理想信念等方面均取得显著效果。Shanghai normal university organized the National Teacher Training Program for the free normal graduates in Sep- tember, 2012. The 126 trainee were Chinese teachers from 29 provinces （municipalities or autonomous regions） in China. The subject of the training program was the theory and the practice of the design of Chinese teaching, and the training courses varied according to whether the attendees were from primary schools, junior high schools or senior high schools. There were three work- shops： ＂theme-based learning＂, ＂co-lesson planning＂ and ＂case study of teaching＂. The training was rewarding for the attendees. For example, their teaching ability was greatly improved, their recognition of the occupation identity as teacher was deepened, and they began to have new ideals and beliefs on education.
