摘 要:本文详细论述了解决小型运输船强烈局部振动问题的综合治理办法。并以实例介绍了减振措施和实船减振效果。本文所提供的方法和经验可供设计或使用小型船舶时处理防振或减振问题参考。A case study on the diagnosis and measures taken in reducing local vibration of a small transport ship is presented. Diagnosis of the vibration phenomena based on measured data was made and comprehensive approaches were taken through following three lines: 1. Strengthening the hull structure locally; 2. Attaching a pair of guide fins, port and starboard symmetrically at the after end of bottom shell to improve the hydrodynamic property of flow towards the propeller; 3. Using a newly designed propeller with small diameter to increase the tip-hull gap clearance. Measured data after the above modifications had shown remarkable improvements: the vibration amplitude being reduced by 85% and vibration acceleration by 81.5%. The speed of the ship was increased from 13.gkm/hr to 15.7km/hr. The maneuveradility was reported by the officers to be improved substantially.
