摘 要:目的:通过对福建省医疗保险人才的现状进行调查研究,分析其性别和年龄结构、学历构成、专业背景、培训及学历再教育需求等,从中发现问题并提出相应的改进措施。方法:对福建省的9个地市的相关医疗保险人员进行问卷调查与统计、分析。结果:目前福建省医疗保险人才中存在职员的学历构成不合理、缺乏医疗保险专业职称评定体系、培训及继续教育机制不完善等问题。建议:该省要建立可持续发展的医疗保险人才保障机制;探寻医保人才资源的合理配备;探索建立医疗保险系统中的竞争激励体制;完善继续教育和医保规范化专业培训机制;加快医疗保险及其相关专业人才的培养,以进一步推行全省医保制度改革,促进医保事业更好更快发展。Objective To find out problems and put forward the corresponding solutions of improvement by making a survey on the present situation of the medical insurance staff in Fujian Province, analyzing their genders,ages, education background and need for continuing training. Methods Questionnaire was conducted among in--service staff of medical insurance agencies of 9 cities of Fujian provice. Results There existed problems including unreasonable composition of staff's education, lack of assessment system for medical insurance professional titles, imperfect mechanism of training and continuing education. Conclusions We should set up a mechanism for sustainable development of medical insurance staft,explore the reasonable configuration of human resources, establish a competitive and incentive system for the staff,improve the mechanism of continuing education and standardized training,and speed up the training of medical insurance staff and related professional talents. All the efforts above--mentioned will make great progress in the reform of the medical insurance system,and promote the development of medical insurance.
