摘　　要：应用权函数的方法及参量化思想,引入独立参数及1对共轭指数,建立1个具有最佳常数因子的、半离散且单调递减非齐次核逆向的Hilbert型不等式及其等价式(0<p<1),并同时考虑了p<0时的不同情况.By using the way of weight functions and the idea of introducing parameters, we obtain a half-discrete reverse Hilbert-type inequality and its equivalent forms with a monotone decreasing non-homogeneous kernel and a best constant factor by introducing an independent parameter and a pair of conjugate exponents（for O〈p〈l）. Moreover, we also consider another case of p〈0.
