摘　　要：目的建立首批抗甘露聚糖肽血清国家参考品。方法制备冻干抗甘露聚糖肽血清候选国家参考品,组织3家实验室采用补体结合法协作标定其效价,并对其进行稳定性考察。结果抗甘露聚糖肽血清候选国家参考品的效价为1∶16,且具有较好的稳定性。结论该候选国家参考品符合国家参考品的各项要求,并已被国家有关部门批准正式使用。Objective To establish the first batch of national reference panel for anti-mannatide serum. Methods The freeze-dried anti-mannatide serum was prepared as the candidate national reference panel, and three laboratories were organized for collaborative calibration of its titer by complement fixation test and evaluation of its stability. Results The titer of the national reference for anti-mannatide serum was 1 ：16. The prepared reference showed a good stability. Conclusion The candidate reference meets the requirements for national reference panel and has been approved by the competent authority in our nation.
