摘　　要：目的检测不同类型的胃癌病灶组织Rhoc、Ki-67和Bcl-2表达情况,并探讨Rhoc、Ki-67和Bcl-2表达与胃癌发展的相关性。方法选择2011年6月-2012年5月确诊为胃癌的患者80例(T1、T2、T3和T4胃癌患者分别有20例),以20例健康志愿者为对照组。采用免疫组化检测所有患者胃粘膜组织Rhoc、Ki-67和Bcl-2表达情况,并计算阳性率。结果观察组Rhoc、Ki-67和Bcl-2阳性率显著高于对照组(T=24.69,P=0.000;T=22.63,P=0.000;T=16.95,P=0.000)。随着胃癌浸润程度增加,Rhoc、Ki-67和Bcl-2阳性率也增加。结论胃癌病灶组织Rhoc、Ki-67和Bcl-2表达与胃癌浸润程度具有正相关性。Objective To detect the expression of Rhoc, Ki - 67 and Bd- 2 in different types of the gastric cancer lesions, and to explore the correlation between Rhoc, Ki - 67 and Bcl - 2 expression and the development of gastric cancer. Methods 80 patients （T1, T2, T3 and T4 respectively 20 patients）, who were diagnosed as gastric cancer in our hospital from June 2011 to May 2012, were selected to serve as observation group, and 20 healthy volunteers served as control group. Immunohistochemitry was performedto detect the expression of Rhoc, Ki - 67 and Bcl - 2 in gastric mucosa, and calculated the positive rate. Results The positive rates of Rhoc, Ki - 67 and Bcl- 2 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ T = 24.69, P = 0,000; T = 22.63, P = 0.000; T = 16.95, P = 0.000）, and the positive rate was increased with the increasing in the degree of tumor infil- tration. Conclusion The expression of Rhoc, Ki - 67 and Bcl- 2 in the gastric cancer lesions have positive correlation with the degree of tumor infiltration.
