摘　　要：本文通过梳理企业绩效评价的历史演进,在对现行企业绩效进行反思的基础上,基于可持续发展视角,从企业绩效评价的起点和归依、资源和环境成本的内化、绩效指标的选择、指标权重的安排和绩效评价考核等方面,探寻了企业可持续发展战略企业绩效评价体系的构建问题。Through reviewing the historical evolution of enterprise performance evaluation, the paper rethinks the current theory of the enterprise performance evaluation. And by the research of the relation of the enterprises and ecology, deconstruction the traditional concept on wealth and criticism of hypothesis of rational economic man, the paper puts forward the enterprise performance evaluation should be integrated the multiple factors: economy, resources and environment.
