摘　　要：教师职业道德是《公民道德建设实施纲要》的重要组成部分。学生的道德成长与教师的职业道德有很大关系。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,阐述了武术教师职业道德的重要意义,分析了目前武术教师职业道德现状及存在问题,并提出了武术教师加强自身道德修养的几点对策和建议。以期促进武术教师的良性发展。Teacher＇s occupational morality is an important part of the Implementation Outline of Civil Morality Construction. The moral development of students has great relationship with teacher＇s occupational morality. The paper, through the methods of literature, the expert interview, logical analysis, elaborates the significance of Wushu teachers＇ occupational morality, analyzes the present Wushu teacher＇s occupation morality situations and existing problems, In order to promote the development of Wushu teachers, the study puts forward several strategies and suggestions on Wushu teachers to strengthen their morality.
