摘　　要：英美文学的教学内容丰富多彩,每一个教学环节都与学生思辨能力的培养密切相关。因此,教师在英美文学教学过程中应有意识地向学生介绍思辨能力之认知技能的构成要素,即阐释、分析、评价、推断、解释、自我调节,并在教学环节中系统地把这些要素与教学活动结合起来,有目的地培养学生的思辨能力。The teaching of British and American literatures is of the rich varied contents and each teaching link is closely related to the development of students＇ critical thinking ability. Therefore, teachers should consciously introduce the elements of cognitive skills of critical thinking ability to students in the process of teaching British and American Literatures, such as interpretation, analysis, assess, deduce, explain, and self regulation, and systematically combine the elements with teaching activities in the teachinof British and American literatures; student
