摘　　要：阐述了建立博硕士学位论文数据库的必要性,探讨了利用TPⅠ系统建立博硕士学位论文数据库的基本流程,指出了建设博硕士学位论文数据库过程中应注意的问题,旨在使图书馆更好地服务于学科建设、教学与科研,为馆际互借、资源共享提供条件。This paper expounds the necessity of constructing the doctoral and master＇s dissertation database, probes into the basic procedures of constructing the doctoral and master＇ s dissertation database by using TPI system, and points out some problems needing attention in the construction of the doctoral and master＇s dissertation database aiming at making the library serving better the subject construction, teaching and scientific research and provide conditions for inter-library loan and resources sharing.
