摘 要:以某无砟轨道客运专线铁路高填方路基沉降异常病害整治为工程背景,采用多综合手段探明了填方路基沉降异常病害的形成机理,通过现场试验对不破板条件下无砟轨道客运专线铁路高填方沉降异常加固设计方法进行方案比选,结合现场多种测试方法对注浆加固无砟轨道客运专线铁路高填方路基沉降异常病害的效果进行了检测分析。研究表明:填料质量和路基渗水软化是造成无砟轨道客专路基沉降异常的主要原因;在客运专线无砟轨道已铺设完成的情况下,经工艺试验和研究,采取袖阀管结合小导管注浆的加固高填方路基;不仅可以保证加固过程中轨道板的变形量,也可以使加固后路基的路基满足后续运营及相应的设计和规范要求;研究成果对同类型无砟轨道铺设后填方路基沉降异常处置有借鉴与参考价值。Based on the strengthening technology and reinforcement effect project of high embankment disease of high -speed passenger railway, the mechanism of high embankment disease was investigated with comprehensive means. The scheme comparison for settlement anomaly of high embankment was undertaken under the condition of without breaking the track board, and the reinforcement effect was investigated in comprehensive way. Experimen- tal investigation shows that the poor packing quality and water seepage softening the embankment fills are main rea- son for embankment settlement abnormal of high speed passenger railway. According to techndogical test and re- search, it can not only ensure the deformation of the track plate in the process of reinforcement but also meet the code requirements of subsequent operation and the corresponding design to use sleeve valve pipe together with small duct grouting under the condition of the blastless track laying of passenger railway has been accomplished. The ren- ovated technique and research production proposed have a good referential meaning for the similar project case.
