浅谈护理专业实习生人际沟通能力的培养方法

摘　　要：随着社会的进步,医学模式的转变,现代护理的发展要求护理人员不仅具有扎实的专业知识,熟练的操作技能,还要具备较强的沟通能力,因此具有良好的人际沟通能力也是一名优秀护理人员必备的素质。为了提高护理专业实习生的人际沟通能力,最终出色地完成临床实习任务,本文首先对护生人际沟通能力的现状进行分析,其次给出了培养护生人际沟通能力的具体方法。Abstract With the progress of society, the change of medical model, the development requirements of modem nursing care personnel not only have a solid professional knowledge, proficient operating skills, but also with higher communication ability, therefore, good interpersonal communication skills are also an excellent nursing personnel the necessary quality. In order to im prove the nursing students＇ interpersonal communication ability, eventually the completion of outstanding tasks of clinical practice, this paper analyses the status quo of nursing students＇ interper sonal communication capability, then gives the specific training methods of interpersonal communication ability of nursing stu dents.
