摘　　要：为顺利完成船员履行STCW公约马尼拉2010年修正案有关驾驶台资源管理培训工作,利用好大型航海模拟器,提高培训质量,BRM模拟器实训研究从履约培训目的、实训组织管理、实训课程安排、实训项目设置、效果评估等几个方面进行探讨研究,以期增强培训机构培训水平及船员培训效果,满足培训高级船员的人才需要。To accomplish crew performance of the STCW conven tion 2010 Manila amendment about bridge resource management training work, make good use of large Marine simulator, and im prove the quality of training, the BRM simulator training study from training aims, training organization and managepaent, train ing courses, training project settings, effect evaluation and so on several aspects carries on the discussion research, in order to im prove the level of training institutions training and crew training effect, and can meet the needs of officer talents training.
