摘  要:目的探讨山野菜中汞含量的测定方法。方法微波消解样品后,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定汞含量。结果本方法检出限为0.000 5 mg/kg,回收率为94.0%~99.3%,相对标准偏差为0.98%~3.81%。结论本方法测定山野菜中微量汞含量灵敏度高,准确度好,结果满意。Objective To investigate a method for measuring mercury in potherb. Methods The samples were treated with microwave digestion and determined the content of mercury by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The detection limit was 0. 000 5 mg/kg, the recovery rate was from 94.0% to 99. 3% , the relative standard deviation was from 0. 98% to 3.81%. Conclusion The method for measuring trace mercury in potherb has high sensitivity and good accuracy. The result is satisfactory.
