来华留学生汉语学习动机减退的影响因素研究

摘　　要：本文调查了209名来华留学生的汉语学习动机减退情况。研究发现,"对汉语学习的负面态度"、"教学环境"、"自信心减退"、"教材及学习内容"和"教师"依次是造成来华留学生汉语学习动机减退的前五位因素。不同语言能力、不同国别地区的学生的负动机因素存在显著性差异。各类负动机因素之间存在着相关性。外部负动机因素通过影响内在动机进而削弱学生的学习动机强度。多元回归分析发现,"自信心减退"、"教材及学习内容"和"考试成绩"等负动机因素直接影响着留学生汉语学习动机的强度;"学习其他课程或语言"和"缺乏内在动机"因素的强弱则直接影响着留学生今后是否会继续选择学习汉语。Based on the findings taken from 209 foreign Chinese learners through a 59 question survey, this paper investigates learners＇ demotivating behaviors and their correlated factors. Negative attitude towards the Chinese people, teaching environment, deduced selfconfidence, course hook, and language teachers are the top five factors which result in learners＇ dcmotivation. Demoti vations of learners from different countries and with different Chinese competence are significantly different. The external factors are correlated with the internal factors. The demotivation factors of de duced selfconfidence and test scores have a direct impact on the strength of the foreign students＇ learning motivation. The demotivation factors of ＂Other courses/languages learning＂ and ＂lack of intrinsic motivation＂ directly affect the foreign student＇ s decision whether or not to continue learning Chinese in the future.
