摘 要:改进口腔医院护士长培训及考核方法。对本院护士长选拔条件进行改革;制订护士长年度培训课程,以口腔诊疗中的护理急救能力及感染控制等难点为培训的主要内容;进行护士长轮岗,针对性安排护士长管理岗位;建立护士长年度考核表,并进行年度考核。该方法转变了护士长管理理念,优化了口腔专科护理管理队伍,促进护士长自身素质和管理水平的提升,为三级口腔医院护士长培训及考核提供依据。This paper introduces the improvement of training and assessment methods for head nurses in stomatologieal hospitals. The measures included reform on the qualifications of head nurses,development of annual training courses with a focus on first aid techniques and infection control in the diagnosis and treatment of dental diseases,practice of rotation system for head nurses,formulation of an assessment form for annual performance appraisal. This practice changed the head nurses' management ideas ,optimized the oral nursing management team ,and improved the head nurses' quality and management level.
