高校课外体育活动的现状及影响因素研究——以江苏省普通高校高年级学生为例

摘　　要：本文对江苏省普通高校高年级学生参与课外体育活动的内容进行了探讨,主要是针对目前的江苏省体育教育现状所展开的研究,对我们目前存在的一些问题进行细致的分析,所采用的方法主要包括:文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等方法,对现实教学具有一定的指导意义,它以江苏省普通高校高年级学生为例,着重分析高校课外体育活动的现状、影响因素,并提出了一系列的实用的研究对策,加强了实践分析的内容。The paper discusses on the current situation that upperclassmen take part in extracurricular sports activities, taking institute of physical education in Jiangsu Province, and analyzes the problems, by using literature interview, questionnaire survey, interview, and mathematical statistics. It has certain of guiding significance. It focuses on the current situation, influencing factors of extracurricular sports activities in institutes, and puts forward a series of practical strategies, strengthening the content of practical analysis.
