摘 要:槐耳是一种珍稀药用菌,多糖是药用菌中重要的活性成分。本实验利用冷碱法、热碱法、普通法、高温高压法分别提取槐耳多糖,通过DPPH法测定其抗氧化性,比较不同组分多糖抗氧化性的强弱。结果表明经过脱蛋白处理的高温高压分级醇沉法提取的二级多糖,其多糖含量最高(41.32%),一级多糖抗氧化性最强(54.73%),初步得知槐耳多糖是一种有效的天然抗氧化物质。Trametes robiniophila was a kind of rare medicinal fungus, and polysaccharides were an important active ingredient of medicinal fungus. In this experiment, polysaccharides from Trametes robiniophila Murr through different method were extracted, such as cold alkali method, hot alkali method, ordinary method, high temperature & pressure method and so on. And the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides by DPPH assay were determined, then the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides in different groups were compared. The results indicated that the content of polysaccharides for secondary polysaccharides (41.32%) and the antioxidant activity of primary polysaccharides (54. 73%) extracted through hot alkali method and high temperature & pressure multipling ethanol sink method which after deproteinization was superior to that of other methods: Preliminary know that polysaccharides from Trametes robiniophila Murr was proved to be an effective natural antioxidant material.
