摘　　要：现代学徒制是法国当前职业教育的改革重点。本文从法国现代学徒制的产生、开展情况、组织管理、教学实施几方面系统阐述法国现代学徒制改革,并对其以政府为主导、管理权限分散、学徒制层次高移、以经费机制为核心、注重质量保障的改革特点进行了总结和反思。Modern apprenticeship is the priority of current vocational education reform in France. This article overviews the reform, including the background, the achievements, the management and the pedagogy. It reflects on the features of the reform in the end ： government - led, decentrali- zation, higher education level, financing drive and quality assurance.
