摘  要:栝楼具有重要的食用和药用价值,同时也是优质的油料来源。通过微波辅助提取的方法对栝楼籽油进行提取研究,运用单因素试验、正交试验法对提取工艺参数进行了优化,并对最佳工艺条件下提取的栝楼籽油脂肪酸进行了气相色谱分析。结果表明当以石油醚提取溶剂时,最佳的提取工艺条件为料液比1:20,40℃的提取温度和320 W的微波功率条件下,微波萃取5 min,在此条件下栝楼籽油的提取率达35.65%,脂肪酸分析表明栝楼籽油富含石榴酸等共轭亚麻酸。为进一步开发利用栝楼籽油提供了良好的理论基础和依据。The seed of Trichosanthes kirilowii has important medical and food value. Moreover, it is a good seed oil resource. The microwave-assisted extraction of the oil from Trichosanthes kirilowii seeds was investigated. The parameters of extraction process were optimized by single factor experiments and orthogonal, and the product quality of seed oil was analyzed. The result showed that the optimum extraction parameters were that petroleum ether extraction liquid ratio of 1:20, microwave power 320 W, water bath temperature of 40 ~C; microwave extraction time of 5 min. The extract rate of Trichosanthes kirilowii seed oil under optimum condition was 35.65%. The result of gas chromatography analysis showed that Trichosanthes kirilowii seed oil was rich in conjugated linolenic acid. Theoretical foundation for utilization of Trichosanthes kirilowii seed oil could be orovided.
