摘　　要：培养译员电话口译能力,应借鉴厦门大学口译训练模式,强化译员的双语语言能力,培养跨文化交际能力,增强专业口译技能,注重职业道德的培养,提高译员的素质。The cultivation of professional over-the-phone interpreters should learn from Xiamen University＇s model, strengthening bilingual ability of the interpreter, cultivating cross-cultural communicative ability, enhancing interpreting skills and attach importance to the cultivation of professional morals to promote interpreters＇ quality.
