摘　　要：新加坡幅员狭小,自然资源缺乏,国家的发展依靠人力资源,非常重视英才教育的发展。本文在对新加坡英才教育发展概况梳理的基础上,从英才儿童定义、培养目标、甄选、培养过程和师资培养等方面进行了系统介绍,以期对我国英才教育发展提供启示。With a small territory lacking natural resources, Singapore relies heavily on human resources to achieve national development and attaches great importance to the development of gifted education. Based on the review of development of gifted education in Singapore, this study systematically analyzes the definition of gifted children, cultivation objectives, identification, cultivation process, and teacher training in order to provide insights into the development of gifted education in China.
