摘 要:目的:了解舟山地区海水鱼中甲基汞污染现状,建立海产品污染物数据库。方法:选择舟山市所辖定海、普陀、岱山及嵊泗两区两县主要农贸市场,按随机抽样的原则,共采集32种海水鱼,每种海水鱼采集6份,总计192份样本,用液相-原子荧光联用法检测这些样本的甲基汞残留量。结果:所有海水鱼样本均能检出甲基汞,检出率100%,甲基汞残留量中位数范围在7.4×10-3-1.6×10-1mg/kg之间,最低的是乌更鱼,最高的是鲨鱼。海水鱼中甲基汞残留量取决于鱼的食物链层级以及鱼体的大小、种类、年龄等因素。结论:舟山地区海水鱼甲基汞残留量低于国家卫生标准,处于安全范围之内,可以放心食用。Objective:To understand the situation of methylmercury residue in marine fishes collected from Zhoushan area,and establish the database of pollutants in seafoods.Methods: The marine fishes were randomly sampled from farmer′s market in Dinghai,Putuo,Daishan and Shengsi of Zhoushan.Thirty-two kinds of fishes(each for six samples) were detected for the methylmercury residues by LQ-AFS.Results: The methylmercury residue in all these marine fishes samples can be detected,detection rate was 100%,and the median number of methylmercury residue in all these marine fishes samples was between 7.4×10-3 to 1.6×10-1 mg/kg,the minimum and maximum number of methylmercury residue in all these marine fishes were Wugeng fish and shark.The methylmercury residue in marine fishes depends on fish′s food chain level and body size,type,age and other factors.Conclusion: Methylmercury residue in marine fishes from ZhouShan area are in safe range,lower than national standards,they can be eated with safety.
