摘  要:针对工业底层复杂过程难以进行数学建模导致控制品质差的现状,探讨了一种仿人智能的多模态控制策略。基于对复杂过程的控制论特性分析,剖析了复杂控制过程中存在的控制难题,对控制策略进行比较研究,提出基于多模态控制的仿人智能策略,对底层控制级构造了多模态控制算法。以工业燃气加热炉燃烧过程控制为例,对其过程进行仿真对比实验,良好的响应特性及强鲁棒性显示,该控制策略具有良好的动/静态控制品质。研究表明,提出的控制策略合理可用。A multimodal human-simulated intelligent control strategy was presented.Based on the analysis of cybernetic characteristics of general complex process,control problems in complex control process were discussed,different control strategy were compared,a human simulated intelligence strategy was proposed based on multimodal control,and a multimodal control algorithm was constructed for bottom control layer.With combustion process of industrial gas heating furnace as an example,a comparative experiment of simulation was made.Better responses and strong robustness indicated better control quality of the strategy in both dynamic and steady states.The proposed control strategy was demonstrated to be reasonable and applicable.
