摘  要:为建立一种同时测定水产品中二甲胺、三甲胺以及氧化三甲胺的非抑制性离子色谱方法,调查了海产品中二甲胺、三甲胺和氧化三甲胺的本底含量。调查结果显示:采用Ion Pac CS17柱(250mm×4mm)分离,以5mm01/L硝酸为流动相洗脱,20min内二甲胺、三甲胺和氧化三甲胺得到完全分离,检出限分别为0.03017,0.03973和0.06480mg/L.即1.006,1.324和2.16mg/kg海产品,相对标准偏差0.83%-2.47%,加标回收率71.62%103.30%。4类海产品,共29个样品中二甲胺、三甲胺和氧化三甲胺的本底含量分别在0.17~323.55mg/kg,0-467.41mg/kg和13.24-10251.39mg/kg之间。该方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高、精密度好等优点,适用于海产品及其制品中3种物质的测定。An ion chromatography method with non-suppressed conductivity detection was developed for the simulta- neous determination of dimethylamine(DMA), trimethylamine(TMA) and trimethylamine-n-oxide(TMAO) in aquatic prod- ucts. The intrinsic amount of DMA, TMA and TMAO in marine products were determined by this method. The results showed that DMA, TMA and TMAO were separated well by means of cantion-exchange chromatography using a 5 mmol/L nitric acid solution as eluent and an IonPac CS17column (250 mm×4 mm i.d.) as the separation column within 20 znin. Detction limits of DMA, TMA and TMAO were 0.03017, 0.03973 and 0.06480 mg/L, corresponding to 1.006, 1.324 and 2.16 mg/kg aquatic products, respectively. The relative standard deviation(RSDs,N=6) were 0.83%-2.47%. The recoveries were 71.62%-103.30%. The content of DMA, TMA and TMAO in four species of marine products including 29 samples were 0.17-323.55 mg/kg, 0-467.41 mg/kg and 13.24-10251.39 mg/kg. The proposed method, with rapid, effective, sensi- tive and accurated properties, was applied to detection of DMA, TMA and TMAO in aquatic products.
