摘  要:结合CDIO教育理念,阐述了面向应用型本科专业工程教育所应坚持的"五个注重"理念和"五化"教学改革思路,采用"平台+模块"式结构,以应用能力培养为主线,构建了基于订单式"卓越计划"的"3个体系、4个平台、多专业方向模块"的人才培养新方案,提出了个性化全面发展的卓越工程人才培养体系实施策略及实现机制。实践证明,基于该理念的卓越工程师班操作性强,实施效果好,为培养应用型高级人才奠定了坚实基础。For the needs of applied undergraduate professional, the paper proposed five idea and five improvement of teaching method that must be adherent to by Engineering education combined with CDIO, taking technical skills training as the main line as well as using the "platform + module"structure. The ordering-form personnel training plan is construct- ed which consists of three personnel training systems, four innovative personnel platforms and many professional curriculum modules based on the Plan for Outstanding Engineers. The implementation strategies and implementation mechanisms are proposed based on excellent engineering talent cultivation system for Individual Orientation. Practice has demonstrated that the project is implemented easily and effectively, which lays the foundation for training of applicable top talents.
