高职院校内部治理结构改革探析

摘　　要：当前我国高职院校的运行管理状况还不能很好地适应社会经济的发展,内部治理结构问题尤为突出。高职院校的治理结构改革受到外在制度、内部条件和发展环境等诸多因素影响,应当在理论和实践两个方面加强探索,学习和借鉴与企业管理有关的研究成果和经验。高职院校治理结构改革是一个循序渐进的过程,应当结合各校实际情况有重点地系统推进。Nowadays, the operation and administration of Chinese higher vocational colleges can not properly meet the development of social economy yet, in which the issue of internal governance structure is particularly concerned. The reformation of governance structure of higher vocational colle- ges is affected by many aspects, including external institutions, internal conditions, and development environment, etc. The reformation in the college level needs to be reinforced and researched both in theory and pratice. The reformation may learn and utilize the related findings and experience from the enterprises. The reformation of governance structure in higher vocational colleges is a process with proper sequence and also a process of continuous improvement. The colleges may carry out the refor- mation with the idea of key break together with respective practice.
