摘　　要：近几年,我国的食品安全问题屡屡发生,这要求我国政府变革食品安全监管体制。本文通过对我国与发达国家食品安全监管体制的比较,总结出我国在食品安全监管机制中的不足与缺陷,创新提出了完善我国食品安全监管体制的建议。In recent years, food safety problems occur constantly in our country and this requires our government to reform the food safety regulation system. In this paper, through the comparison of food safety regulation system between China and developed countries, the author points out the deficiencies and defects in the food safety supervision in China and puts forward suggestions to improve Chinese food safety regulation system.
