应用型高校新闻学“双师型”队伍建设探析

摘　　要：应用型高校是我国高等教育大众化的主力军,应用型高校新闻学承担着培养大批高素质、创新型、应用型专门人才的重要任务。"双师型"教师队伍在应用型高校新闻学人才培养中具有十分独特的、关键作用。借鉴国外先进范式以及高职院校的成功经验,加强应用型高校新闻学的"双师型"师资队伍建设,是提升师生实践能力、培养创新型人才的有效途径。The application-oriented universities are the main force of the mass higher education. The journalism has been undertaking the important task to train a large number of high-quality, innovative, application-oriented journalists. The double-qualified teachers has been playing a very unique, critical role in the personnel training of journalism profession. It is the effective way to enhance the practical ability of teachers and students, cultivating innovative talents by reinforcing the construction of the double-qualified teachers of journalism profession on the basis of learning from the foreign advanced paradigm and the successful experience from the vocational colleges.
