摘 要:本文以野生南江大叶茶树群体为选育材料,经优良单株系统选育,获得高品质高产型茶树特色新品种‘云顶早’。结果显示,该品种发芽特早,生育期长,芽头肥厚壮实,鲜叶每公顷产量比对照品种福鼎大白茶高390.3 kg,增产幅度达19.32%,茶多酚含量比对照高12.03%,氨基酸含量比对照高37.18%,EGCG含量达到10.92%,高于10%,是一个适应性强、抗性好、既高产又优质的茶树新品种。In this paper, the wild Nanjiang big-leaf tea tree groups was used as breeding material,and the new tea plant variety named ‘ Yundlngzao' was gained by the superior individual breeding system with high-quality and high-yield features. The results showed that the new tea plant variety germinated extremely early,with long growth period,fat and bold tea shoot,and the output of its fresh leaf was 390.3 kg/hm^2 higher than that of the control variety ( Fudingdabaicha), increased by 19.32 %. Its tea polyphenol content was 12.03 % higher than controls' , and amino acid content 37.18 % higher. The EGCG content was up to 10.92 %, higher than 10 % ( the content of general tea variety). So the Yundingzao was a new well-adapted, good-resistibility tea plant variety with both high-yield and good quality.
