高职专门用途英语教材存在的问题与编写建议

摘　　要：随着我国社会经济不断发展,对懂英语的专门技术人才的需求也在不断增加。专门用途英语教材是培养这类人才的保障,而目前高职院校所使用的专门用途英语教材存在着一些问题。为此从五个方面提出了建议:编写专门用途英语教材要体现兼容性,应遵循认知发展规律,语言素材要真实可靠,要注重内容和形式的广泛性,要有较强的时代感。With the continuous development of the social economy in our country, the demand of specialized technology talents who know English well has increased continually. ESP teaching materials are the guarantee of cultivating this kind of talents. But there exist some problems of ESP teaching materials which are being used in higher vocational college now. Therefore, this paper puts forward proposals on five aspects. It should compile ESP teaching materials to embody compatibility, and follow cognitive developing rule. Language materials should be reliable. It should focus on the extensive of content and form, and have strong sense of times.
