摘　　要：高职院校应正确认识和行使其权力,对权力运行实施有效监控,从体制机制上预防职务犯罪。针对高职院校权力运行监控存在的问题,分析高职院校权力结构特征及权力监控内涵,做好顶层设计,构建权力运行监控机制的有效途径,从源头上预防腐败,对于促进高职教育事业健康发展具有十分重要的意义。It is necessary to have a correct understanding and exercise of its power in Higher Vocational Institutes, implementing an effective monitoring of power and preventing duty crime. This paper, aiming at the existent problems in power monitoring, makes an anal- ysis of the characteristics of power structure and the content of power monitoring, makes a good ceiling design, and constructs an effective mechanism of power control to prevent corruption from the source. It is of very important significance to promote the healthy devel- opment of higher vocational education.
