摘　　要：成都传统名小吃历史悠久,但其相关书籍记载资料却比较零散,通过收集整理20世纪80年代以来成都传统名小吃的书籍资料,可以了解传统技艺和文化的发展历程,为更好地研究成都传统名小吃提供基础和思路。Famous traditional snacks of Chengdu boast a long history, but there are no systematic records of them. This paper conducts a review of literature dating from the 1980s so as to gain a thorough understanding of traditional skills and culture, which will then provide reference for further study and development of these snacks.
