摘　　要：集体备课是在课堂讲授之前,组织教师开展大纲教材研读、学情分析、制定教学计划、分解备课任务、研究教学方法、反馈教学信息的系列活动。将集体备课引入生理学教学中,可以实现资源共享、促进教师的专业发展、拓展学校教育科研方法,是可以显著提高生理学教学质量的有效教学方法。Collective lessons preparation is helpful for teacher to plan their lessons and design teaching process. It can avoid individual teachers and mistake capacity limitations in the classroom. It is also helpful to share resources, promote the teachers＇ professional development, expand methods in college education, it is an effective teaching means in improving the quality of physiology teaching significantly.
