摘  要:为探索医学教学模式的改革途径,提高教学效果,引入临床病理生理及治疗(clinical pathophisiology and therapy,CPPT)教学模式,整合基础课程和血液形态学资源于内科血液病的教学中,理论教学结合实验课程,通过考试和调查问卷评价教学效果;结果显示,CPPT教学模式在内科血液病教学中顺利完成,采用CPPT教学模式的学生血液病部分平均考试成绩为(69.6±11.9)分,高于历史平均成绩(58.0±12.3)分(P<0.01),学生对CPPT教学模式的总体评分为80.7分,学生普遍认为血涂片、骨髓涂片及病理切片的观察有利于对血液病的理解和掌握;CPPT教学模式可以在内科血液病课程的教学中顺利实施并有助于提高教学效果。To explore the reform of medical teaching model and improve teaching effectiveness, we carried out the CPPT teaching model,which integrated foundation courses and morphological resources in the teaching of hematological diseases. Examination and questionnaire were taken after theoretical teaching and experimental courses. CPPT teaching model was successfully finished in hematological disease teaching. The average test score of hematological disease was (69.6 ± 11.9) % for students using CPPT teaching model,which was higher than the control when compared with previous mean score (58.0 ± 12.3 ) % ( P 〈 0.01 ). The students' overall evaluation score for CPPT teaching model was 80.7% , and almost students believed that blood, bone marrow and pathological slides were helpful to disease learning. CPPT model could achieve successfully in teaching and improyed teaching effectiveness. The majority of students are satisfied with this teaching model reform.
