摘　　要：本文以宁波社区大学老年教育中心的学员为对象,考察了老年群体的背景变项、学习需求、相关学情以及对各障碍类别的反应;并基于系统的梳理和剖析,尝试从老年教育管理机构、老年教育工作者和老年群体自身角度破解教育参与障碍的对策。The purpose of this paper is to survey obstacle types, learning status, needs and background variables of senior community by investigating the eider learners in the education center of Ningbo Community College. It tries to classify the hurdles of senior citizens＇ participation in community education in terms of management units, workers and the senior community.
