新形势下高职外语教师发展途径研究

摘　　要：外语教师发展是外语教师研究中的一个主要话题。新形势下高职外语教师发展,有以下几方面的有效途径:转变教学理念;不断进行反思性教学;提倡教师之间的团队协作;鼓励学习行业英语及学校管理部门提供给教师更多进修学习的机会,以此来促进教师的发展。Foreign language teacher＇ s professional development is a key topic in study of foreign language teachers. In current situation, the following are effective ways of foreign language teacher＇ s professional development in vocational colleges： teachers should change their teaching belief and conduct reflective teaching. For the college administration, they should en- courage teachers＇ cooperation with each other and try to learn technical English, as well as provide more training opportunities for teachers to promote their professional development.
