摘　　要：职业素养是职业岗位内在的规范和要求,也是从业者在职业活动中表现出来的综合品质。依托职业培训师,政校企行四方联动,构建以职业素养为导向的五维度、三梯度的人才培养模式,将有效提升高职文秘专业学生的就业质量,使之成为受企业欢迎的高素质、技能型人才。Professionalism is the internal specifications and requirements ot occupatmn post, anu the comprehensive quality revealed by employee in the occupational activities. Relying on vocational training division, political line of the quartet linkage between colleges, building a professional quality oriented five dimensions, three gradient mode of talent training will effectively improve the quality of secretary major students in higher vocational, which makes them high quality and skilled talents welcomed by enterprises.
