摘  要:利用高效液相色谱法对广西柳州野生茶树资源的茶树鲜叶的生物碱及儿茶素组成成分进行分析,结果表明:与广西育成品种相比,青山野生茶树资源普遍可可碱含量高,咖啡碱含量低,简单儿茶素所含比例高,酯型儿茶素所含比例低;广西育成品种的生物碱和儿茶素的组成含量与青山野生资源的差异极大,其中青山野生资源的咖啡碱的变异系数高达242.43%,EGC的变异系数高达159.63%,GCG的变异系数为95.20%,说明青山野生资源存在丰富变异。Using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to analyze the components of alkaloid and catechin in fresh tea leaves of wild tea tree resources from Liuzhou city of Guangxi province. The results showed that in comparison with breed varieties from Guangxi province, the wild tea tree resources from Qing mountain were generally high in theobromine content and low in theine content, and they all contained high proportion of non-galloylated catechins and low proportion of ester catechins. There were extremely significant differences in contents of alkaloid and catechin between breed varieties from Guangxi province and wild resources from Qing mountain. The coefficient of variation of theine, the coefficient of EGC and the coefficient of GCG of wild resources from Qing mountain reached 242.43%, 159.63% and 95.20%, respectively. Therefore, the wild resources from Qing mountain have abundant variation,
